About Us

With over fifty years of combined photography experience, Matthew Carasella and Ed Lederman have partnered together to create an unparalleled approach, aesthetic and professionalism.

Ed, a native New Yorker opened his first studio in the lower eastside in 1982 and has created an impressive career that has granted him access to national monuments and internationally celebrated sites. His work has appeared in Time Magazine, the New York Times, Taschen Books and The Whitney Museum archive. Selected as The Whitney’s lead photographer for the new building construction from 2010-2016, his work was personally chosen by Renzo Piano for his book cover.

Matthew started his career at Popular Magazine as a digital workshop producer and has gone on to photograph world premiere events ranging from the Victoria Secret Fashion Show to the arthouses of Art Basel Switzerland. He has been documenting the construction of LaGuardia Airport new terminals and has been with The Whitney Museum from groundbreaking to ribbon cutting. He has worked with luxury brands such as Hermes of Paris, Waterford Crystal, Luxe Magazine, Architectural Digest, Interior Design Magazine, Vogue and Rolling Stone.
